QQI Level 5 Certificate in Office Administration.


This one-year business course is designed for students interested in pursuing a career in Administration and Reception. Opportunities exist in a wide variety of different office environments including legal, medical, civil service, commercial, and educational. Modules such as Text Production, Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Office Administration provide graduates with essential skills required in a busy office environment.

Progression and Career Options:

This course enables graduates to take up employment in any business sector, including legal, medical, commercial, financial, and educational. Graduates may also progress within DIFE to a QQI Level 6 in Advanced Business. Graduates may also apply to a range of Degree courses in Universities and Institutes of Technology such as:
